1stCollab Inc. (“1stCollab,” “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals and businesses that use our websites, applications, APIs, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) servers and connectors, integrations, tools, products, and services, including integrations with third-party artificial intelligence assistants and platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to the “Site” mean our websites and applications.
Information we collect
When using the Site, to utilize some of the services and/or features, you may be asked to provide, or you may choose to upload, certain personally identifiable information about yourself (“Personal Information”) such as your email address, name, phone number, year of birth, social media profiles, interests, or other information.
Please do not provide through an AI assistant, MCP connector, or other connected service any payment-card information, protected health information, government-issued identifiers, passwords, API keys, authentication secrets, multi-factor authentication or one-time passcodes, or other credentials. Our connected-service integrations are not designed to collect this information.
Please also do not submit other sensitive personal information, such as information concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, biometric or genetic characteristics, criminal history, trade-union membership, or sexual orientation, unless we expressly request it because it is necessary to provide a specified part of the Services and provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
1stCollab uses YouTube API Services to provide current statistics and information about YouTube creators. By using features of 1stCollab that interact with YouTube API Services, you acknowledge that your use is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy, available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
Through the YouTube API Services, we may access and collect information including channel subscriber counts, video views, likes, comments, thumbnails, and other publicly available YouTube data. If you authorize 1stCollab to access your YouTube account, we may also access authorized account information, such as audience demographic and analytics data. We use this information to provide and improve 1stCollab features, including creator profiles, media kits, creator search, campaign management, analytics, and personalization.
You may revoke 1stCollab’s access to your Google and YouTube data at any time through your Google Account security settings. You may also contact us at hello@1stcollab.com with questions or complaints regarding our privacy practices.
You may revoke 1stCollab’s access to your Google and YouTube account at any time through the Google Account connections page, available at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en. Revoking access prevents 1stCollab from accessing additional data from your Google or YouTube account, but it may not automatically delete data that was previously stored by 1stCollab.
To request deletion of YouTube account data previously collected and stored by 1stCollab, email hello@1stcollab.com from the email address associated with your 1stCollab account and request deletion of your YouTube data. You may also request deletion of your entire 1stCollab account and associated personal information through the same process.
After verifying your request, we will delete the applicable stored YouTube Authorized Data from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or is necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or maintain security.
You may contact us at hello@1stcollab.com with any questions or complaints regarding our collection, use, retention, or deletion of Google or YouTube data.
This privacy policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties—including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, or Instagram—and including but not limited to any third party websites, services, applications, online resources to which this Site may link or otherwise reference (collectively “Third Party Services”) that you may access through 1stCollab. For example, 1stCollab utilizes the Instagram API, and you are agreeing to be bound by the Instagram Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies from Instagram. We take no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any Third Party Service.
Our login and profile creation process allows you to link Third Party Services to your 1stCollab account—for example, by connecting your account to a Third Party Service such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. This allows us to automatically collect information from your social profiles, to save you time and ensure a smooth experience with 1stCollab. By authorizing us to access your Third Party Services accounts, you understand that we may obtain certain information from those accounts. You also authorize us to obtain and use, at our discretion, certain information from your Third Party Services account, such as but not limited to your name, email address, created media, engagement data, and more. We are not responsible for the public information you choose to keep accessible in your social media profiles.
If you connect your 1stCollab account to an artificial intelligence assistant or another third-party service, such as ChatGPT or Claude, we may receive account and authorization information associated with that connection, as well as the specific instructions, search terms, parameters, record identifiers, content, or other information sent to 1stCollab through the connected service.
To respond to a request or perform an action, we may access, use, and return information from your 1stCollab account. Depending on the request and your existing account permissions, this may include account, profile, creator, campaign, performance, spend, negotiation, contract, content, attachment, communication, and related information.
We may also collect limited technical and operational information about use of the connection, such as the tool or feature used, the relevant account or workspace, whether an action succeeded or failed, and information needed for security, troubleshooting, and appropriate audit records.
1stCollab does not request a user’s complete conversation history from a connected AI platform. We receive the information that the platform sends to the relevant 1stCollab connector tool. The connected platform may separately collect and process conversations, prompts, connector results, and other information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, pages viewed, browser type, device information, and links clicked. We use this information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve 1stCollab. We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies an individual. For example, we might use Google Analytics to better understand and improve 1stCollab.
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may disclose Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We may also use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for research, analytics, presentation, demonstration, product-development, and other business purposes where that information does not reasonably identify an individual.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain user sessions, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, and improve your experience. If you wish to disable these cookies, the “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how. If you do not accept our cookies, however, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of 1stCollab.
We also use “clickstream data”, a trail of electronic information left at each web site you visit, and which can be collected and stored by a web site’s server. This can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use and the address of the web site from which you came to 1stCollab from. We may collect and use this data to anonymously determine how visitors use our website, and how we may better improve our website for visitors. Any collection or use of clickstream data will be anonymous and aggregate, and will not intentionally contain any Personal Information.
Finally, we may also use pixel tags (also known as web beacons) on 1stCollab to track the actions of users on our sites and applications. Pixel tags measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the Services. For example, a Facebook pixel can help us better understand how an Instagram ad campaign is performing.

We may share this information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as processing information requests, displaying stored data you access, to assist us in marketing, to conduct audits, etc. We may also share your Personal Information with our clients, affiliates, or other third parties, for the purpose of, for example but not limited to, enhancing our Site’s functionality, providing associated products and services, and/or matching an influencer and a brand for a possible brand collab. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service they provide, will be required to maintain the confidentiality of the information, and will be prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
The service providers we use may include providers of cloud hosting and storage, security and monitoring, error diagnostics, communications, customer support, analytics, payments, and artificial intelligence or machine-learning functionality. These providers may access, process, or store information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to their agreements with us.
When you choose to connect or use 1stCollab through a third-party AI platform, we may exchange your task-specific requests and requested 1stCollab information with that platform in order to provide the connection. This can include providing information to the platform and receiving instructions from it to perform actions within your 1stCollab account.
For example, information exchanged through ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s privacy practices, available at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/. Information exchanged through Claude is also subject to Anthropic’s privacy practices, available at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
These platforms are independent third parties. Their collection, use, storage, retention, and disclosure of information are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You should review those policies before connecting your account.
We do not solicit your email address or any other personal information to any brands for marketing purposes. The personal information we provide to brands and other affiliates is to connect brands and influencers to discuss brand deals together. They are not to market directly to you at any time. Please let us know immediately if you experience any unwanted direct marketing from a brand you interacted with on 1stCollab. We disclaim all responsibility and liability should another user (brand or influencer) contact you directly by your posting of Personal Information on 1stCollab.
Under certain circumstances, we may need to contact specific or all users in order to make an important announcement about 1stCollab. Users are not able to unsubscribe, or “opt-in/opt-out” of these announcements because they may contain very important information regarding their accounts. We reserve the right to contact members to verify and correct account information or to supply any relevant information that is required for normal use of 1stCollab.
Please note that we reserve the right to and may disclose Personal Information about you in response to (a) requests from local, provincial/state or federal law enforcement officials; (b) any judicial, administrative or similar proceeding or order, such as subpoena; (c) if required by law; or (d) to investigate suspected fraud, harassment, physical threats, or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the Site rules or policies, or the rights of third parties or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper. Please also note that we do reserve the right to transfer your personally identifiable information and other information to our successors in business and purchasers of site assets. Information obtained about the Site may be amalgamated with and used by us in conjunction with information obtained through sources other than the Site, including both offline and online sources.
Security
We follow generally accepted industry standards to help protect your personal information. That said, no method of transmission over the internet, mobile technology, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we endeavor to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of the information that we collect online, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or any information provided online, and you do so at your own risk. You must accept all risks associated with any data transmission, including the risk that your personal information may be intercepted in transit. You are responsible to keep your password secure, both for 1stCollab and for connected third-party accounts. Please be careful and responsible when you are online. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us by contacting us at hello@1stcollab.com.
Managing your information
If you have an Account, you may access and update some of your information through your Account settings. If you have connected your Account to a Third Party Service you can change your settings and remove permissions for the Third Party Service by changing your Account settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.
You may revoke or disconnect an AI assistant or other connected service through the applicable account or connection settings. Disconnecting a service prevents it from obtaining additional information through that connection, but does not automatically delete information maintained in your 1stCollab account or reverse actions previously completed through the connection.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us at hello@1stcollab.com. You may also request deletion of your entire 1stCollab account, subject to the retention exceptions described below.
We generally retain account, profile, creator, campaign, performance, spend, negotiation, contract, content, communication, and related records while the relevant account remains active so that users can access their historical information, including information from campaigns completed previously.
Authorization credentials used to maintain a connected service are retained while the connection remains active or for as long as otherwise necessary to operate and secure the connection. If a connection is revoked, expires, or is otherwise terminated, we will stop using the active authorization credentials. We may retain limited records concerning the connection where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
If you close your account or request deletion, we may retain information as reasonably necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and regulatory obligations; resolve disputes; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain security; and enforce our agreements. Information may also remain temporarily in backups until it is removed through our ordinary backup-rotation processes.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us may be transferred to the United States. By using the Service, application and/or website, you consent to such transfer. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
California Privacy Rights
California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of personal information disclosed to those third parties. Please send such requests to hello@1stcollab.com.
Third party links
1stCollab may contain links to other websites. Other websites may also reference or link to our site. These “other” domains are not controlled by us. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other web sites.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. When we make such changes, we will post them here, and revise the “last updated” date.
